Eat Easy respects your right to control your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time using the form below.
1 Overview
We believe you should always have full control over your personal data. If you decide to leave Eat Easy, you can permanently delete your account using the secure OTP verification form below, through the app, or by contacting our support team.
Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.
2 Delete Your Account Now
Use the secure two-step verification below to permanently delete your Eat Easy account. This process ensures only you can authorise this action.

Sign In to Your Account
Enter your registered phone number to receive a sign-in OTP.
3 Delete via the App
You can also delete your account directly from within the Eat Easy app:
- 1Open the Eat Easy app and log in to your account.
- 2Navigate to Profile → Settings → Account.
- 3Tap on "Delete My Account".
- 4Confirm your identity by entering your password or OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- 5Optionally select a reason for deletion, then tap "Confirm Deletion".
Your request will be processed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
4 Alternative: Request via Email
If you are unable to access the app or the form above, you can request account deletion by:
- Sending an email to support@eateasy.in
- Using your registered email address as the sender
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered phone number in the email body
We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation to your email address.
5 What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your personal data (name, email, phone number, delivery addresses) will be permanently deleted.
- Your order history, preferences, and saved addresses will be removed.
- Any unused Eat Easy credits, rewards points, or referral bonuses will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- Active or pending orders must be completed or cancelled before account deletion can proceed.
- Anonymised transaction data required for legal, financial, or fraud-prevention compliance may be retained as required by applicable law.
Note: If you have an active order at the time of your deletion request, we will pause the process until the order is fulfilled or cancelled. You will be notified by email.
6 Reactivation
Once your account is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered. This includes all order history, rewards, credits, and personalisation data.
You are welcome to create a new Eat Easy account at any time using the same or a different email address. However, your previous data and rewards will not be restored.
