1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Eat Easy application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our App.

Eat Easy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Eat Easy. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By registering, you also confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3 Services Offered

Eat Easy provides the following services through our App:

• Home Delivery: Food ordered through the App is delivered to your specified address by our delivery partners.
• Takeaway: Users may place orders in advance for collection at the restaurant, skipping the queue entirely.
• Table Booking: Users may reserve tables at partnered restaurants through the App with instant confirmation.

All services are subject to availability in your area. Eat Easy acts as an intermediary between you and the restaurant partners; we are not responsible for the food preparation itself.

4 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Eat Easy is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You may not create more than one account, nor may you use another person's account without their explicit consent.

5 Orders and Payments

All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance by the respective restaurant. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at the time of order placement. Eat Easy accepts:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)
• Cash on delivery where available

In the event of a failed payment, the order will not be processed. If you are charged but the order is not confirmed, please contact our support team within 24 hours.

6 Discounts and Promotions

Discount offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Eat Easy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion. Misuse of promotional codes or discounts may result in account suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or submit false information
• Attempt to defraud the App or its restaurant partners
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws
• Harass or abuse our delivery partners, restaurant staff, or support team

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and/or legal action.

8 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
