At Eat Easy, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right — quickly and fairly.
1 Our Refund Commitment
We take pride in the quality of service we deliver. In the rare event that your experience does not meet our standards, we are committed to processing refunds promptly and transparently.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our support team aims to resolve every issue within 24–48 hours of the complaint being raised.
2 Eligible Refund Situations
You are entitled to a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Order not delivered within the promised time window without prior notification.
- Wrong items delivered or items missing from your order.
- Food quality issues — including damaged packaging, spoiled food, or items not as described on the menu.
- Restaurant cancellation of your order after confirmation.
- Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error.
- Order cancelled by Eat Easy due to technical or operational issues.
3 Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the order has been accepted and prepared by the restaurant.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the user at the time of ordering.
- Delay caused by extreme weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
- Issues arising from the user's failure to be available at the delivery address.
- Refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after the order was delivered.
4 How to Raise a Refund Request
To request a refund, use one of the following methods:
- In-app: Go to Orders → select the relevant order → tap "Help" → "Report an Issue".
- Email: Contact our support team at support@eateasy.in within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos where applicable. This will help us process your request faster.
5 Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:
If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us at support@eateasy.in with your refund reference number.
